The Crust Pizza Journey
It all began in 2009 when our founder, Mark Thompson, couldn't find the perfect pizza in his neighborhood in Sydney. Frustrated by the lack of quality options, Mark decided to create his own pizza using traditional recipes from his Italian grandmother and the finest Australian ingredients.
What started as a small corner shop quickly gained popularity as word spread about the exceptional quality and taste. Our commitment to using locally sourced ingredients, handmade dough that's fermented for 48 hours, and our special blend of sauces became the cornerstone of our success.
Fast forward to today, and Crust Pizza has expanded to over 50 locations across Australia, while still maintaining the same passion for quality and authenticity that started it all. We may have grown, but our pizzas are still made with the same care, attention to detail, and premium ingredients as they were on day one.
